Last updated 8 October 2026.

These terms apply when you use reformwellness.co.za or buy from us. Please read them together with our Privacy policy, our Refund and return policy and our Shipping and delivery information. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy from us. We deliver within South Africa only. Please give us accurate contact and delivery details when you order; we can't be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

3. Our products

Our peptides are supplied for research and educational purposes. They are not registered as medicines with the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA), and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

You are responsible for making sure that buying, keeping and using our products is lawful and appropriate for you. Before you begin any peptide protocol, read the product information, the cautions on each product page and the guides for that product, and consult a qualified healthcare professional.

  • Bacteriostatic water is included. Every peptide vial comes with enough bacteriostatic water to reconstitute it, at no extra cost. Syringes, swabs and other supplies are sold separately.
  • Storage. Once your order has been delivered, you are responsible for storing it correctly. Keep vials refrigerated and away from light, and follow the storage guidance in the product's guides.
  • Images. Product photos and other imagery on this site are for illustration. The labels and packaging you receive may look different.

4. Information on this site

Everything on this site, including the product descriptions, research summaries, the Stack Finder, and our quick start guides and handbooks, is general information for educational purposes. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history.

The Stack Finder ranks research protocols using only the answers you give it and the published research we summarise. It does not assess your health, and its results do not mean that any product is safe or suitable for you.

We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but research changes and mistakes can happen. Links to studies and other websites are for reference only; we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

5. Prices and availability

Prices are in South African rand and include any applicable VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change our prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order we have already accepted.

If a product was shown at a clearly incorrect price, or turns out to be out of stock after you've ordered, we'll contact you. You can then go ahead at the correct price or cancel, and we'll refund anything you've paid in full.

6. Placing an order

Checkout is handled by Shopify on our behalf. Before you place your order you can review everything in it, correct any mistakes, and change your mind. When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation email, which acknowledges your order and serves as your record of the transaction. Your order history is also available in your account.

Your order is accepted, and the agreement between us is concluded, when we confirm your payment and begin processing your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we can't deliver to the address given. If we do, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid in full.

7. Payment

You can pay using the methods shown at checkout, which is currently bank deposit or EFT. Please use your order number as the payment reference so we can match your payment to your order. We begin processing your order once payment reflects in our account. If payment hasn't reflected within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order and release the stock, and we'll email you before we do.

8. Delivery

We deliver by courier across South Africa. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment reflecting, and delivery usually takes a further 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are. These times are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Ownership of the products, and the risk in them, pass to you on delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the parcel and its contents so that we can put it right.

9. Returns, refunds and cancellations

This section applies together with our Refund and return policy. Nothing in these terms or in that policy limits the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Change of mind

Because of the nature of our products, and for safety, quality and hygiene reasons, we can't accept the return of products simply because you have changed your mind.

Cooling-off

The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act gives a 7-day cooling-off right for many online purchases. Under section 42(2) of that Act, the right does not apply to goods that by their nature cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate. Our products are temperature-sensitive and their integrity can't be verified once they have left our control, so we consider them to fall within this exclusion. If you believe the cooling-off right applies to your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll respond to your request.

Cancelling before we process your order

You can cancel your order at any time before we've started processing it, and we'll refund anything you've paid in full.

Damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing items

If a product arrives damaged, is faulty, isn't what you ordered, or is missing from your order, contact us and we'll put it right by replacing the product or refunding you, as you prefer. We may ask for photos, or for the product to be returned at our cost. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including its implied warranty of quality, apply in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid by EFT, into the account you paid from or another South African bank account in your name, within 30 days.

10. Your account

You can check out as a guest or create an account. Accounts and sign-in are provided by Shopify. Your email address is used to sign in, so please keep access to it secure, and let us know if you think someone else has used your account.

11. Emails and reorder reminders

We'll email you about your order, including your order confirmation, payment and dispatch updates. These emails are part of providing the service.

We'll only send you marketing emails, such as reorder reminders, restock alerts and offers, if you've asked to receive them or the law otherwise allows it. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to stop at any time by emailing us.

12. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy and in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

13. Using this site

Please use this site lawfully. You may not interfere with the site or its security, try to access parts of it you aren't authorised to use, copy large parts of it by automated means, or use it to send spam or harmful material.

14. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, images, the Reform Wellness name and logo, and our quick start guides and handbooks, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and download it for your own personal use, including keeping copies of the guides for products you've bought, but you may not copy, sell or republish it without our written permission.

15. Third-party services

We rely on other companies to run parts of our service, including Shopify for checkout and accounts, courier companies for delivery, and a form provider for messages sent through our contact form. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply when you use their services.

16. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss or harm that results from using our products other than as described in the product information and guides, from failing to store or handle them as described, or from relying on information on this site instead of professional advice. To the same extent, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that can't lawfully be excluded or limited, including our responsibilities under the Consumer Protection Act and liability for harm caused by our gross negligence.

17. Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at reformwellness.sa@gmail.com. We'll acknowledge your complaint and work to resolve it as quickly as we can.

If we can't resolve it, you can refer the matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "last updated" date, applies to orders placed from that date. Orders you've already placed stay subject to the terms that applied when you placed them.

19. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If any part of them is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce one of our rights straight away, that doesn't mean we've given it up.
