Courier and tracking
All orders ship with a trusted courier service. Once your order has been dispatched you receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the delivery.
Returns and refunds
Because of the nature of the products, and for safety, quality and hygiene reasons, we can't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If anything arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you. You can also cancel an order for a full refund before we start processing it.
